Technology plays an important role to meet social inclusion challenges in society.

A European consortium, granted by the Erasmus lifelong learning programme is developing a blended, multi-campus curriculum on Community Service Engineering (CSE).

CSE will start as a postgraduate course and work towards translation into undergraduate engineering curricula. Design objects include: instruction, fostering reflection and critical thinking, creating access to resources, networks and ecologies. The online learning platform will serve as a linking pin for sharing information and expertise within the field.
